Gazebo Weights
Stable fixing solutions for pop-up gazebos – matched to size, surface and use.
Gazebo weight 28 kg
The 28 kg cast iron base plates provide a highly reliable solution for fixing pop-up gazebos on solid ground.
-
Suitable for hard surfaces such as concrete, asphalt or stone
-
Flat design with a compact footprint (40x40 cm)
-
Positioned directly on the gazebo foot and around the leg
-
Integrated carrying handles for easy handling
-
Stackable for increased stability
- Galvanised cast iron for long service life and corrosion protection
Our tip: We recommend the 28 kg base plates for all pop-up gazebos from 3x3 m upwards (3x3 m, 4.5x3 m, 4x2 m, 4x4 m, 6x3 m, 6x4 m and 8x4 m). For maximum stability, place the 28 kg base plates on all four or six feet of the gazebo. This increases both the overall weight and the contact area, resulting in improved stand stability.
Gazebo weight 15 kg
The 15 kg cast iron base plates are ideal for fixing pop-up gazebos on solid surfaces.
-
Suitable for hard surfaces such as concrete, asphalt or stone
-
Flat design with a compact footprint (34x34 cm)
-
Positioned directly on the gazebo foot and around the leg
-
Integrated carrying handles for easy handling
-
Stackable for additional ballast
-
Galvanised cast iron for long service life and corrosion protection
Our tip: We recommend the 15 kg base plates for smaller pop-up gazebos (1.5x1.5 m, 2x2 m, 3x1.5 m and 3x2 m). For larger models, they are best used in combination with 28 kg base plates to further increase stability.
Water Weights
Water weights are a flexible solution for securely fixing pop-up gazebos. They are attached directly to the gazebo leg and provide stability without ground contact.
-
Clip fixed at the bottom of the leg for secure positioning
-
Integrated inner hose for even water distribution
-
20 litres of water per weight, easy to fill and drain
-
Durable Oxford 500 fabric
-
Available as a set of 4 or 6
Our tip: For increased stability, water weights can be combined with additional fixing systems.

Stable pop-up gazebos thanks to effective fixing methods
Several fixing solutions are available to secure a pop-up gazebo safely. The most suitable option depends on the surface, duration of use and weather conditions. We recommend the following four solutions:
-
Base plates (15 kg and 28 kg)
Ideal for solid surfaces such as concrete or asphalt. Particularly suitable for mobile use. The base plates have been tested in wind tunnels and provide reliable stability. -
Water weights (20 kg)
Flexible ballast without ground contact. Attached directly to the gazebo leg, ideal for temporary use and sensitive surfaces. -
Anchoring kit with guy ropes and ground pegs
The right solution for soft ground such as grass or soil. Quick to install and reliable, even over longer periods. -
Ground anchors (min. 40 cm)
For permanent installations in gardens or on green areas. They secure the pop-up gazebo firmly in the ground, even in challenging weather conditions.
For maximum safety, these four fixing solutions can also be combined.
Secure fixing without drilling
If drilling into paving, concrete or patio slabs is not an option, gazebo weights provide a reliable and ground-friendly solution. The following options are particularly suitable:
-
Base plates (15 kg and 28 kg)
Stackable, easy to transport, rust-resistant and space-saving. The appropriate weight depends on the size and use of the pop-up gazebo. -
Water weights (20 kg)
A flexible alternative without ground contact. Attached directly to the gazebo leg, they are especially suitable for temporary use or sensitive patio surfaces.
Both solutions are quick to set up and can be combined if required to further increase stability.
Stable fixing on lawns and green areas
Grass and lawns are among the most flexible surfaces when it comes to securing a pop-up gazebo. Depending on the duration of use and the required level of stability, several fixing options are available.
-
Base plates (15 kg and 28 kg)
Suitable for mobile use where the pop-up gazebo is moved regularly or not installed permanently in one location. -
Water weights (20 kg)
Flexible ballast attached directly to the gazebo leg. Ideal for temporary use and where the lawn should remain undisturbed. After dismantling, the water can be drained and reused, for example for watering. -
Anchoring kit with guy ropes and ground pegs
The ideal solution for grass and soil. Quick to install and reliable, even during longer periods of use. -
Ground anchors (min. 40 cm)
For permanent installations in gardens. They secure the pop-up gazebo firmly in the ground, even in adverse weather conditions.
Our tip: For particularly high stability, the fixing solutions can be combined, for example weights used together with guy ropes.
Temporary or permanent fixing on solid surfaces
Several proven solutions are available for securing a pop-up gazebo on asphalt. The most suitable option depends on the duration of use and local conditions.
-
Gazebo weights (15 kg and 28 kg)
The ideal solution for temporary use, as commonly required in public spaces. The galvanised steel weights are stackable, easy to transport, rust-resistant and provide secure fixing without affecting the surface. -
Water weights (20 kg)
A flexible option for short-term use. Attached directly to the gazebo leg and gentle on the ground. -
Bolting into asphalt
For permanent installations, the pop-up gazebo can be bolted into the asphalt. This involves drilling holes and fixing the gazebo using screws at least 10 cm long. This solution is suitable for seasonal or long-term set-ups.
Fixing without drilling using weights
If drilling is not possible or not desired, gazebo weights provide a safe and ground-friendly solution for almost any surface.
-
Base plates (15 kg and 28 kg)
Ideal for patios, asphalt or courtyards. Space-saving, stackable and easy to transport. -
Water weights (20 kg)
Flexible ballast attached directly to the gazebo leg – particularly suitable for temporary use and sensitive surfaces.
Increased stability through combination
Yes, different fixing systems can be easily combined. Using a combination of weights, water weights and anchoring kits significantly increases the stability of the pop-up gazebo – especially in windy conditions or demanding environments.
